Rides came in through an app at a lower rate, and every booking was confirmed by hand. I built a bilingual booking flow that calculates the fare live over the real route and confirms it in writing to both sides, then audited the whole thing before launch.

My father’s kitchen, and the only one of these three that is not my own company. I built the website, set up Google and Meta ads aimed at leads, and filled in the Google Business Profile. SEO is next, and the site is being rebuilt now.
