AI & Automation

Take the repeated work out of your week.

Quotes, invoices, order admin, stock and the same five customer questions. Work that has to happen, does not need a person, and is quietly eating the hours you sell.

Is this you

You probably recognise at least one of these.

“You copy the same data between two systems every week.”

“Quotes and invoices are made by hand, one at a time.”

“The same questions arrive by mail and somebody types the same answer.”

“Your systems do not talk to each other, so you are the integration.”

What is included

Concretely, this is the work.

No line here is optional extra. If something does not apply to your business it comes out, and the price comes down with it.

Finding the hours
A map of where your week actually goes Which tasks are worth automating, and which are not What it costs to build against what it saves
Building it
Make.com and Airtable connecting the tools you already use Quotes, invoices and order admin generated automatically First-line customer questions answered, with a handover to you Stock, orders and CRM kept in sync Documentation your team can read and change
What you end up with

Hours back, every week, on work that never needed a person. Written down so it does not live only in my head.

Start a project
How it runs

Four steps, and you see it while it happens.

Step 01

Watch the work

I follow the task as it actually runs, not as the manual describes it.

Step 02

Pick the winner

The one with the most hours and the fewest exceptions goes first.

Step 03

Build and test

Running alongside the manual way until it is proven.

Step 04

Hand over

Documented, in your accounts, with a person on your side who understands it.

This work, in practice

Papa’s Keuken

Three order channels pulled into one flow, so the same order stopped being typed twice.

FAQ

About this service specifically.

Everything else is answered on the main FAQ, or by calling +31 6 38 73 78 12.

Is AI going to replace my staff?
No, and that is rarely the point. It removes the part of their week nobody wanted to do anyway. The work that needs judgement stays with the person who has it.
What if the automation breaks?
It is built to fail loudly, not silently, and it tells you when something needs a human. Documentation is part of delivery so you are not dependent on me.
Is my data safe?
Nothing goes into a tool without you knowing which, why, and what it stores. For anything involving customer data that decision gets written down.
The other five

Not sure this is the one you need?

Then do not guess. Answer seven questions and you get a read on where your money is most likely stuck, or just tell me what is going on in your own words.
