What does it cost?
Every project gets a fixed scope and a fixed price before we start, so you know the number before you commit. Indication: a website scan from €49, a website or shop from €799, advertising from €499, SEO from €99, automation from €199. If your question does not fit one of those, you get a quote within two working days.
I don’t know what I need. Is that a problem?
No, that is the normal case. Almost nobody arrives with one clean problem. Describe what is not working in your own words and finding the real cause is my job, not yours. You get a diagnosis before you get a quote.
Am I hiring an agency or one person?
One person. I do the work you are paying for. Where a specialist is genuinely faster at one piece, a photographer or a copywriter for example, I bring one in and stay responsible for the result. You always have one number to call.
Who owns the website, the accounts and the data?
You do. Every account, domain, file and password is in your name from day one. If you stop working with me you take the whole thing with you and someone else can carry on. No lock-in, no hostage hosting, no licence you have to keep paying for.
Do I have to sign a monthly retainer?
No. Projects are one-off and priced up front. Ongoing work exists, for ads and improvements, but only when you ask for it and only where it pays for itself. You can stop any month.
How long does it take?
A website scan is delivered within 2 days. A website or shop is usually 1 to 4 weeks, depending on how fast content and feedback come back from your side. You get a date before we start and you hear from me if anything shifts.
Do you work with my current website, or does it have to be rebuilt?
Whichever is cheaper for you. Plenty of sites lose customers for reasons that are fixable in a week. Rebuilding is only worth it when the foundation is genuinely in the way, and I will tell you which of the two you are looking at.
What do you need from me?
An hour at the start to explain your business, access to what already exists, and a person who can answer questions and approve things. That is it. Everything else is my side of the table.
Which languages do you work in?
Dutch, English and Dari. Bilingual sites, which the Future Taxi platform is, are part of the normal work rather than an extra.
